We specialise in hair styling, loc maintenance, treatments, and related salon services.
All services are subject to stylist availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
You arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice.
You display inappropriate or abusive behaviour.
Prices for services are listed on our website and may be updated without notice. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.
You are responsible for ensuring your booking details are correct.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
No-shows will be charged the full service price.
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods as shown on our checkout page.
All prices are in GBP (£).
Payment is due at the time of service, unless agreed otherwise.
Online payments are processed securely through our PCI DSS–compliant payment gateway.
Due to the nature of hair services, refunds are not generally offered once the service is completed.
Dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment; we may offer a complimentary correction or partial refund at our discretion.
Retail products may be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in saleable condition, with proof of purchase.

You must inform us of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or adjust services based on health and safety considerations.
Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
