We provide hair styling, loc maintenance, treatments, and related in-person salon services. Because these services are customised and delivered at the time of appointment, our refund policy differs from that for physical goods.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your booked appointment without notice, you may be charged the full price of the service.
Refunds for Services
Once a service has been provided, we generally do not offer refunds, as the work and time have been delivered.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary correction or partial refund.
Deposits
Some bookings may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher.
Products Purchased in Salon
We accept returns of unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.
