Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is mandatory and non-refundable. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, or 72 hours for all Crotchet services.
Late Arrivals
Punctuality is important. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee will apply. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Guest Policy
No extra guests are permitted in the service area. Parents accompanying children are kindly asked to remain in the designated waiting area. For safety and focus, standing near or over the loctician during the service is not allowed.
